Job Description
Damera is an innovative Canadian bus manufacturing and service company. As part of our growth, the company is expanding its engineering department, which is responsible for the design and manufacturing process control. Technical Strategy & Decisions: Evaluating trade-offs in technology choices to ensure the system is scalable, secure, and manageable.
Standards Compliance: Managing design requirements based on CMVSS/FMVSS certification standards and ensuring technical documentation is clear and complete for the operation of the bus
Technical Leadership: Guiding developers and team leads, conducting design reviews, and ensuring implementation aligns with the architectural vision.
Stakeholder Communication: Bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met within budget and timelines.
Risk Management: Proactively addressing potential bottlenecks, performance and architect security vulnerabilities, and ongoing support requirements.
The duties and responsibilities outlined above are representative and are intended to assist candidates in evaluating the position. These general categories do not necessarily constitute an exhaustive list of duties of the position.
