Job Description
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (or compensating experience)
Four or more years of related experience (Salary will be commensurate with experience)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to manage cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies - coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Ability to travel internationally occasionally.
Beneficial Skills and Knowledge
Knowledgeable about agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
Experience working in an agile software environment and new product development
Knowledgeable about Scaled Agile processes (PI Planning etc.)
Adhere to best practice guidelines for proper ticket management
Experience using Confluence and Jira
Relevant Project Management (PMP or Prince2) or Agile Certification (Scrum Master, SAFe)
