Software Engineer I:
AD3i development team is looking for a smart, proactive, and results-oriented Software Engineer to build elegant solutions for the insurance industry's complex business domain and make our industry-leading products even better. The team is looking for an enthusiastic engineer who is passionate about building high-quality software with a great team and improving the customer experience for people who use our products.
You will have the opportunity to make an impact and contribute to a complex application suite of products, mission-critical to insurance companies.

Successful software engineers typically have:
• A desire to work collaboratively in an empowered, small, cross-functional team
• Experience working in an agile development environment ( TDD, Agile, pair programming, etc.)
• A passion for code quality demonstrated by thorough testing
• A desire to be hands-on in designing and writing code
• Curiosity and internal motivation to constantly improve
• Excellent communication skills, comfort level to speak their mind and defend ideas based on merit, yet humility and hunger to learn from others
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in .Net and/or Core Java is must.
Working knowledge of Javascript (angular, react or vue is preferable)
Familiarity with Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Unit Testing, etc
Object Oriented Design
Agile development practices
Web services ( REST, etc)
Cloud Services ( AWS)
Insurance Industry experience is a plus.
