Look at all customer events coming into system and do assessments to determine the risk level the customer has
Block certain actions from them / Block certain benefits
Present notification to customer when necessary through email or in-app messaging
This team is more focused on the Back-End Infrastructure Side
Maybe join “On Call” rotation after initial months on assignment
Attend daily Stand Up Meeting / Ops review every Thurs
Review CR’s
Expected to improve the coding on existing services / propose simplification on redundant current set up
