Working alongside development on the Corporate and Divisional Software projects
Updating/enhancing our current software
Automation of support processes and documentation of our systems
Payments / Fraud mitigation initiative – Identify the risky customer who is abusing subscription benefits, taking free benefits, etc

Team is very open & helpful to group work and helping incomer with ramping up
Typical Task Breakdown
Look at all customer events coming into system and do assessments to determine the risk level the customer has
Block certain actions from them / Block certain benefits
Present notification to customer when necessary through email or in-app messaging
This team is more focused on the Back-End Infrastructure Side
Maybe join “On Call” rotation after initial months on assignment
Attend daily Stand Up Meeting / Ops review every Thurs
Review CR’s
Expected to improve the coding on existing services / propose simplification on redundant current set up

• Other desired technical skills include Mason, Perl CGI, Oracle SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX.
• A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
