Cloud Ops Platform Team (aka Mars) that is responsible for
• Developing software to integrate with internal back-end systems and deployments
• Building tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve experience
• Performing root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigating and resolving technical issues on alarms and monitoring
• Developing performance regression suites and establish benchmarks, KPIs
• Developing scripts to automate various tasks
• Reporting of insights via dashboards
• Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems
