About the Role
The Software Engineer is responsible for designing and constructing software components within assigned projects. This involves working productively with minimal management supervision, both as part of a team and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Embedded device development using C++ and embedded Linux and Windows operating systems
Working with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and analyse new requirements arising from change requests
Collaborating with systems analysts in problem investigation, analysis, solution determination and associated task estimation
Analyzing available frameworks and technical solutions and making justified recommendations to the Engineering Team
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of software engineering development experience
Strong experience with C++, embedded Linux operating system, and Windows operating system
