• Designs and develops high quality, testable and scalable software solutions within established timelines while adhering to R&D best practices and processes.
• Uses appropriate analytics to solve a business problem. Capable of making a decision on which analytics procs to be considered in a solution.
Requirement
• Strong Analytics skill. MSc/Ph.D. in Statistics/ Mathematics.
• Strong programming skills in SAS/Python/R
• Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate issues and solutions
• Capable of solving a business problem using forecasting techniques like ARIMA, ESM, UCM, advanced ML algorithms, Deep Learning algorithms, Optimization techniques etc
