Job Description:
As a Software Developer, you will be expected to Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design frontend and backend
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with business teams and analysts to improve software
• Position Responsibilities
• Work on all phases of SDLC from conception to deployment
• Maintaining and upgrading the software based on user requirements and regulatory changes
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
• Maintaining version control, understanding of CI/CD process and deployment infrastructure
• Front-end technology: Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and
• third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery
• Development languages: Knowledge of server-side programming languages including .Net Core, ASP.Net
• MVC,
• Database and cache: Familiarity with RDBMS technologies, including but not limited to SQLServer,
• Postgres and caching mechanisms such as Redis,
• Basic design ability: Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design
• Server: Experience working with Windows, IIS or Nginx
• Ability to visualize a proposed system and be able to build it with proposed architecture
• Enthusiastic to work in Finance Domain (Capital markets)
Minimum Qualifications
● BTech/BE / MCA / MSc Information Technology/Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience with a strong academic record
● Good verbal and written Communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities
Desired Technology Skills:
Must have:
• Microsoft Technologies: .Net Core, MVC
• Database Technologies: Postgres, SQL
• JavaScript, JQuery
• Version control using Git or TFS
• Good to Have:
• React/Vue JS (optional), node.js, python, cloud application development exposure
• CI/CD using tools such as Jenkins, Azure Devops, Bamboo
• Understanding of Operating systems, Database Servers, Cloud Infrastructure
• Understanding of web protocols such as HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, etc
• 6-36 months experience in Design and development of Full Stack software
