What will your job look like
Your job is to provide services in the areas of Integration, File Transfer, Messaging, building API, and provide technical system design for the integration environment.
You will be working in an Agile/Scrum environment where we work with the SAFe framework, as part of a multidisciplinary team. Together with other Software Engineers, Testers, Technical Application Managers, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Analysts you are responsible for multiple integration applications across the organization using webMethods.
The team develops, maintains and optimizes new and existing services in the area of messaging/integration.
Skills we can't do without:
Some things to take into account to be successful in this role:
• You have a Bachelor and/or Master degree (in IT);
• You have 3+ years' experience developing in webMethods;
• You have good knowledge in Core Java;
• You have experience in File transfer;
• You have experience in building APIs (SOAP & Rest);
• You have a continuous improvement / engineering mind-set;
• You have a knack for analytical and logical application of concepts;
• You are a team player with good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
• You are comfortable in English, spoken and in writing;
• You believe in daily improvement, easily adapt to change and have fun while doing it;
• You have a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Skills we'd like in addition:
• You have experience in tools supporting CI/CD (GIT & Jenkins);
• You have experience in API Management;
• You have experience in APIGEE (added advantage);
• You have experience in the financial world (added advantage);
• You have experience working with high performance coding
