About the Role Fintech Primitives aims to abstract away the complexities of the global financial ecosystem into a developer platform containing tech building blocks. The fintech businesses across the world will mix and match these blocks to power their ambitious missions. You will be building a platform akin to a linux kernel and design a distributed programming language for the fintech ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
We are in a growth stage and are looking forward to scaling the team very fast. Apart from understanding the requirements and working on closures, you are expected to :
• Hiring for multiple positions,skills and levels across functions,majority being engineering roles.
• Build simple, sustainable and lean recruitment practices.
• Build the recruitment team and mentor.
• Understand Business and Technology.
• Engaging the talent community.
Who you should be?
Must have
• Education preferred : Engineering or MCA.
• At least 5 years of prior experience in techning recruitment.
• Sound knowledge of new age recruitment tools and hiring trends.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Strong planning and organizing skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to drive results in a dynamic, complex and fast-paced environment. Good To Have
• Fintech B2B company experience.
• Brownie points if you can join immediately and are from Bangalore.
• Fun loving,creative individual.
Team and Communication Skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
