Job Description
- Candidate will be responsible for :
- Learning and mastering our products and tools
- Interacting with customers independently for resolution of issues
- Taking customer feedback and solving queries
- Resolution of technical issues reported by customers (L2 and L3 level support
- Training customers on our Product
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintaining proper records of work
- Demonstration of the product for a prospective client
Eligibility
· Bachelors degree & minimum 2 years relevant experience within the enterprise IT sector
· Excellent programming skill with passion for programming
· Expertise in Java script with knowledge in node.js
· Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a passion for problem-solving and investigation
· Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer and partner relationships by delivering high-quality support (Nice to have)
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
· Ability to deal with rapid change and limited structure
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month
