Job Description
• Overall 8-10 years of experience with at least years of expertise in WebSphere Commerce.
• Should have executed at least overall WCS end-to-end implementation.
• At least years development experience or 1 end-to-end implementation experience in HCL Commerce v+
• Experience working with large ecommerce websites (especially B2C)
• Hands on experience with utilizing various sub systems of WebSphere Commerce Server (Catalog, Order, Member, Payment, Promotion)
• Hands on experience with JPA, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline, DevOps on AWS/Azure/GCP
• Experience in developing to extend/customize/create new REST APIs within HCL Commerce
• Experience in Integrating, designing and developing custom solutions within WebSphere Commerce
• Experience with payment integrations like PayPal and Cybersource.
• Strong knowledge of profiling tools, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Strong Java/J2EE experience
• Experience with DB2
• Apply software engineering best practices while also leveraging automation across all elements of solution delivery
• Dev Ops culture & mindset for supporting full project life cycle (develop, test, analyze) and familiar with Agile methodologies
• Working on troubleshooting and performance improvements across all components (web/application/search/database/integrations)
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to document and demonstrate technical solutions by developing documentation, diagrams, code comments, etc.
• Technical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
• Mentor team members in design and development best practices
• Strong Design and implementation experience in HCL Commerce v+ and able to provide right design decisions.
