We are looking for “Jr. Dot. Net Developers” who will be responsible for developing new and existing software applications.

The job requires professionals who are willing to work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.

Job location and work logistics
· The candidate will work from their home or other preferred location (remote work)

· There will be no requirement to attend at IYCON Offices.

· The candidate will use their own personal PC or laptop

· The candidate will use their own Internet connection

· The candidate will be provided VPN to connect to the IYCON network to perform work tasks

· IYCON will provide candidates with Microsoft 365 licenses for Microsoft Teams and Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, which can be used to install these applications on the candidate's own personal PC or laptop and mobile phone.

· All calls, meetings, and daily communications will be carried out on Microsoft Teams and via IYCON email.

· The candidate will need to be online for the duration of the workday and available on Microsoft Teams.

· Based on requirements and deadlines, candidates will need to attend meetings or deliver work at other times too depending on client time zones and the project they are assigned to.

Mandatory Candidate Provided Infrastructure Requirement
1. High-Speed Internet Access – Minimum 15 MBPS download speed (as per https://www.speedtest.net/)

2. Own Laptop with below Configuration (These are minimum requirements)

a. Minimum 6 GB RAM

b. Windows Laptop (Windows 10 Home or better)

c. Remote Desktop Installed (RDP)

d. Minimum 15 GB free disk space to install Microsoft Office Applications as above

e. Google Chrome latest version installed

Roles and Responsibilities
· Independently complete development work assigned.

· Deliver work with time assigned.

· Ensure work delivered is high quality and bug-free.

· Ensure coding is carried out to ensure maximum and fastest response time and is optimized.

· Always have an “End User First” approach, to ensure that the applications being developed are simple to use and value-adding for the end-user.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks defined in each sprint are delivered.

· Highlight potential code issues and challenges.

· Provide suggestions to improve the applications.

Technical Skills Requirement
Minimum and mandatory technical skillset

· .Net Web application development:

· ASP.Net; C#; HTML5; CSS3; Javascript; JQuery; WCF, Angular

· Windows Application development: C# .NET

· Database: Microsoft SQL Server (database design, scripting and normalization)

· Other programming languages familiar with: VB.Net; Vb Script

· Minimum of 1-year work experience in development in the above technologies

· Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Desirable technical and other skills which will be an advantage as under
· Experience in writing web API’s and webservices

· Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Client-Server Based Applications.

· Experience in the installation and configuration of databases like SQL in different environments. Experience with relational databases.

· Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, screen design

· 1 to 2 years work experience in the field of deployment of systems and in Project Management

· Advanced knowledge of Excel

· Excellent documentation skills and process-oriented

· Experience in project managing or implementation of ERP systems
