Position Overview: Proven experience in software development with expertise in HTML, CSS, Java & Python skills. As a Jr Software Developer you will play a crucial role in the development, customisation, and support of ERP Next software solutions. This position requires a passion to help the team to design the softwares in the company.. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design and implement software solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of the systems. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: • Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on client requirements using ERPNext software platforms. • Customize and extend existing modules within ERPNext software to meet specific client needs. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance. Technical Support: • Provide technical support to clients, addressing software-related inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, understand issues, and provide clear and concise solutions. Collaboration: • Work closely with project managers, fellow developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance technical expertise. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 1-2 years of exp in software development (ERPNext Software) • Proven experience in software development with expertise in development of software. • Skills: HTML, CSS, JAVA skills are essential. Python basic knowledge required. • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and other relevant languages. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
