Main Modules: Global HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation workbench, Recruiting, Learning & OTL
. The candidate is expected to have 5+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
. Should have completed at least 3 end-to-end implementations for Fusion HCM modules.
. In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow
. Should be able to provide consulting on best-practices guidance on business processes and implementation
. Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud
. Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle Cloud
. Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live
. Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems
. Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
. Previous experience on EBS is preferred.
. Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
