Job Description
We are currently searching professionals for our Integration & Services practice with proven experience in C++ and related technologies. Primarily responsible to develop and customize enterprise products & solutions for augmenting of human identity & security using biometrics, video analytics etc…
Responsibilities:
• Hands on development using agile development methodologies for creating high-quality software products and solutions using C++/C
• Should be capable to carry solutions from design, implementation, testing & deployment
• On-time delivery of code in support of product plans and project milestones
• Report out on product/project status to senior management
• Collaborate on development projects with IDEMIA’s team of engineers located in France and Noida
• Support POCs & benchmark exercises in APAC & Europe (around 20% international travel)
• Work well within a fast-paced cross-functional environment with multiple teams including engineering, infrastructure/IT, R&D and business development
Who are we looking for?
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience working in a similar role that includes a mix of C++ programming, exposure in video and image processing.
• Experience working on projects involving collaboration between software development & integration is a plus.
• Very strong background in core C++, advanced C++ topics like Data structures, Algorithms, Templates etc.
• Experience with the following is a must (mainly in C++):
• Debugging tools (gdb)
• Memory Management/Handling
• Smart Pointers
• Multi-Threading
• Hands-on experience on build tools Maven
• Experience with Linux/Windowd OS environment
• Advanced knowledge of scripting languages like bash, python is a plus
• Effective communicator capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization.
• Strong team player, results oriented, metrics driven and capable of working in a fast paced, changing environment
