1. Programming experience on Embedded Linux Platforms
2. Strong programming skills - C/C++
3. Good Knowledge of Scripting - Python, PHP and Shell
4. Design thinking, User Interface design background are useful skills
Additional Experience
1. Understanding and Appreciation for UI development
2. Demonstrable UI examples (Preferably using QT or GTK).

1. Good communication.
2. Strong Analytical skills and quick learner
