Job Description:
As a Software Developer & DSA Content Lead, you'll build and optimise UI/backend components, lead DSA content development, and build products that will enhance the learning experience of millions of students.
Responsibilities:
• Manage team that develops high-quality, well-researched, and engaging content on DSA, including tutorials, videos, and more.
• Review and approve content to ensure it meets quality standards, is accurate, and resonates with students.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in DSA.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code using React.
• Develop and maintain scalable UI and API components for seamless user experiences and backend integration.
• Design efficient database schemas and develop REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Ensure all code follows Clean Code guidelines, design principles, and web standards (accessibility, SEO).
Skills
Problem Solving & Leadership:
• Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving with a Clean Code approach.
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to meet deadlines..
