About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend to play a critical role in building and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions with an emphasis on implementing incredible experiences and workflows.
• The ability to introduce a sense of play, fun, and delightful moments into product experiences.
• Maintain and extend end-to-end tests of the web interface using browser automation.
• Implement front-end design and interactive changes across the core product suite.
• Partner on implementation with back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.
• Participate in design and product planning discussions, providing valuable insights and suggestions.
Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of small-medium sized features in partnership with Design.
• Collaborate with Design to establish UI best practices and maintain visual consistency.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and architecture of the software.
• Practice unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process when appropriate.
Requirements
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
• A positive outlook on what great experiences enable in a product.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development or design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to partner with a strong engineering organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about learning new technologies and industry trends.
