About this position
As a Software Engineer II, you will be an integral part of our team working on improving the efficiency and compliance with FDA standards for clinical trials. You will develop tools to enhance transparency and efficiency, automate system validation, and document efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in creating a rigorous data pipeline for FDA regulated clinical trials
• Develop solutions that address near-term needs and long-term maintainability
• Proactively identify and address technical debt
• Design scalable and maintainable approaches to solve well-defined problems
• Implement automated methods to common issues
• Propose improvements to products and processes, communicating trade-offs effectively
Requirements
• Strong programming skills in popular data engineering languages such as SQL and Python
• Experience building data assets using modern data tools and technologies
• Comfortable working in an agile environment
• Familiarity with regulated industries (healthcare, banking, defense)
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Working Environment
This role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
