About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce applications
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and recommend innovative solutions utilizing Salesforce capabilities
3. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce offerings
5. Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed their expectations
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
7. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow their technical skills and excel in their roles
