Overview
As ADI expands into new product and market segments, the E-Mobility Group is looking for broad skilled Software Developer in Test based in Bengaluru, India who will be responsible for the FW/SW verification for our next generation of high-performance BMS IC automotive markets.

Being part of the BMS team is an exciting opportunity to help bring state of the art battery monitoring and wireless communication systems to market in electric vehicles and other energy storage systems worldwide. A BMS system solution consists of ADI integrated circuits, system hardware, software and algorithms, RF networking, security, functional safety and more. ASIC application engineers sit in a unique position working both on HW and SW product development as well as with the customer application. Those who enjoy complex systems, working closely with customers, are versatile, or have broad interests may especially like application engineering regardless of their experience level.

Job Activities

Software Developer in Test
• Embedded Software Test Development roles for validation and verification. Skills needed are strong Embedded-C programming skills, Embedded systems in depth know-how and automotive systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in complex systems.
• Work on system-level requirements(hardware/firmware/software) and plan for system/functional testing Develop test scripts, automation frameworks using Embedded-C and Python.
• Work with cross functional teams to test and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in proof-of-concept activities
Candidate Attributes:
• Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Candidates with experience from 2 to 10 years are eligible.
• Strong C, C++, and Python programming skills.
• Experience working with Embedded applications and good understanding of communication protocols & interfaces (CAN, LIN, I2C, UART and SPI, Wireless protocols, etc.)
• Understanding of Automotive processes and platforms (ASPICE, AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, etc.) is preferrable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Love of learning and problem-solving.
