Responsibilities:
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the
company's needs.
● Responsible for internal training platforms like assessment tools and content
delivery platforms.
● Maintaining the existing tools and developing new tools as per the
requirements.
● Work closely with team leaders to set technical direction within the team
and to ensure software developed is of a consistently high standard, cohesive
and meets business objective
