Job Description
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing software.
• 3+ years of experience working with at least one IAM tool (Okta, Azure AD, KeyCloak, Auth0, Ping, OneLogin, etc.).
• Strong familiarity with OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and SCIM.
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and federation.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions to web‐based and mobile applications.
• Experience with Java technology and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services using the microservice pattern.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record dealing well with ambiguity, building strategy, effectively prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Demonstrable experience building and shipping high-quality software in a customer centric culture
