About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled software development manager with a strong focus on
Zoho Creator, Deluge Language, and Zoho Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for
planning, executing, and delivering software development projects. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners, to ensure projects
meet all requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage a team of software developers with a focus on Zoho Creator and
Zoho Analytics projects.
● Oversee and manage third-party supplier relationships, including ViewPoint, Zoho,
GuestLine, Leadsquared, Sales App, and APIs.
● Implement and manage Zoho-based solutions and payment gateway integrations.
● Prioritize software development projects, set timelines, and ensure the completion of all
assigned tasks with a strong focus on Zoho applications.
● Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes, particularly for Zoho Creator
and Zoho Analytics solutions.
● Maintain key stakeholder communications, prepare project plans, and provide regular
updates to executives.
● Ensure all software technical documentation is accurate and up to date, with a particular
emphasis on Zoho-related documentation.
● Foster excellent communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
● Proven work experience as a software project manager.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
● Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
● Extensive experience and proficiency with Zoho Creator, Deluge language, and Zoho
Analytics development.
● Good knowledge of API connectivity.
● Proficiency in SQL and Java.
● Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Slack.
● Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel, and macros.
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
● Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk
management.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Well-organized and able to work under tight project deadlines.
