As a Software Developer, you’ll develop, modify, enhance, and implement software solutions designed to support new or existing business initiatives to power blending creativity and technical expertise.

On a typical day you’ll work on projects with considerable complexity. You’ll develop new and innovative solutions, enhance existing applications and provide technical assistance and advice on software solutions. You’ll excel in this role if you’re passionate about coding, can manage individual tasks and enjoy contributing to a collaborative and inventive team environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
• Experience:
• Database management system: 3 years or more
• Coding, testing, and design: 3 years or more
• Software development methodologies: 3 years or more
• Education:
• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• Skills:
• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/Core, Entity Framework, and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write and evaluate T-SQL and/or PLSQL
• Familiarity with Typescript, JSON and Git for version control
• Abilities:
• Strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, presentation)
• Identify measures or indicators of system performance and suggest actions to improve or correct performance
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prioritize and organize effectively, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience:
• AWS, Kubernetes, Messaging Queue (Kafka / RabbitMQ), JavaScript frameworks: Vue, React, Angular
