Job Title: Software Developer Location: Thane, Mumbai Experience: 4–5 years Only face to face interviews Immediate joiners preferred! Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy new software applications using Java and related technologies. Maintain and enhance the performance of existing software systems. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code. Develop and maintain robust SQL queries and database structures. Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and system testing) of developed applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA testers, and technical support. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Document development processes, architecture, and standard components. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of proven experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Java, with solid understanding of object-oriented programming. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. Experience with software testing methodologies and tools. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
