You provide software and application expertise and analysis to support implementation of the strategy and the solution.

How you will contribute

You will provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application. In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.

• Proven track record of developed applications in react.JS and python (Django/Dash)
• Knowledge of UX tools like figma, sketch
• Understanding of how to build data-driven apps with machine learning models in the backend (python) through micro-services approach
• Strong experience of CI/CD pipelines (git, Jenkins, Terraform, Confluence, JIRA, Azure Devops) and DevSecOps principles
• Experience in deployment to cloud (key vaults, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure and GCP alternatives for deployment)
• Practical experience in application architectures/patterns such as MVC

Education / Certifications: Bachelors/Masters Degree from reputed institute

Job specific requirements:
• Participate in or lead the user experience/design thinking sessions to understand the business context, what is the problem we want to solve
• Based on this you will work with stakeholders to propose a solution that solves the business problem we are facing
• Enable data-driven decision making by creating custom applications using react.JS and/or python. Coordinate with other technical/functional teams to implement apps and monitor results
• Deploy the applications to our infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines, adhere to DevSecOps principles
• Ensure high code quality and code safety
• Improve on the existing solutions
• Contribute to exploration and experimentation in data visualization
• Manage reviews of the benefits and value of analytics techniques and tools and recommend improvements
