Role : Software Developer & Support engineer- Project Management Module Oracle Techno Function)
Position Summary:
Generic Responsibilities
1. Support Developer
o Design and develop software program in line with business requirements
o Application software Testing and deployment
o Provide user training of screens and navigation
o Documentation of requirements, technical specs and user manual.
2. Support Engineer Module Support for projects & procurement functions for Power division
o Analyze reported issue whether related to code or data
o Debug the program, if required
o Provide solution or workaround to problems, as applicable
o Follow the ticketing tool (maestro) to update the details.
o Perform root cause analysis
Specific Responsibilities
3. Module owner for Oracle ERP projects.
4. Expertise in Application API & Interfaces
5. Support & debugging on OAF technology
