• The role: Software Developer – Python/SQL (IT Security Tech)
• Business: Global Media Tech
• Contract: 6 months - to start ASAP (max 4 weeks notice)
• Salary: £+0k to £+5k basic (PAYE, paid weekly, WITHIN IR35)
• Location: Remote role for candidates within the London/South East UK regions
You just be fully clear to work in the UK without relocation / sponsorship requirements
The role:
As an experience Developer, you’ll be working alongside the IT security tea, that are the central engine in driving data and systems security at the business, supporting the company and all of its family of their apps. The team is responsible for inhibiting malicious actions from compromising our environment, detecting, and responding to them before they do damage if they do, ensuring we are maintaining the protections we say we will, and engaging with the community to help those outside the company learn from the work we do.
You’ll have prior experience with security policy, risk, and access management disciplines and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About you:
• At least 5+ years of experience developing responsive web applications for multiple devices
• In-depth Python & SQL skills are required for this role - it's very much a back end heavy role
• You’ll have 5+ years of proven experience working on Information Security teams or conducting Information Security consulting engagements
• You’ll have proven experience of building large-scale distributed systems or similar experience / Knowledge of evaluating systems architectural designs, data-flow diagrams and technical security implementations, particularly in context of access management.
• Knowledge of evaluating systems architectural designs, data-flow diagrams and technical security implementations, particularly in context of access management in different geographical locations.
