• 3-6 years of experience in JavaScript development with a focus on either React or React Native.
• Proficient in translating designs from Figma into front-end code with a keen eye for detail and componentization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Cognito, SES, SNS, and others relevant to front-end and mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of REST-based APIs and experience integrating them into front-end code.
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control, with a strong understanding of best practices in code management.
• Experience working in Agile environments, specifically within defined sprints.
• Ability to design technical solutions and suggest improvements or changes to existing code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and work with foreign developers too.
• Experience in the payments, Earned Wage access experience and fintech related domains is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

• AWS Integration : Work with regular AWS services such as Cognito, SES, SNS, etc., while developing mobile or front-end applications.
• API Integration : Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST-based APIs and microservices into front-end applications.
• Version Control : Manage and maintain code using GitHub, ensuring best practices in code management.
• Sprint-Based Work : Contribute to the development process within defined sprints, delivering tasks on time and meeting project milestones.
• Technical Design : Propose and design technical solutions, and suggest improvements to existing codebases to enhance performance and maintainability.
