We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer | Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. As a Software Developer | Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical implementation and customization of Salesforce applications to meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, workflows, process builder flows, triggers, and integrations using Apex and Visualforce.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. Implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and other integration tools. Experience with Salesforce Integration patterns and best practices is essential.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce by designing and implementing data migration, data cleansing, and data governance strategies. Proficiency in data loader tools and Salesforce Data Model is required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other development team members to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Document technical specifications, solution designs, and development processes. Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects related to Salesforce applications. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. Continuously expand technical knowledge and skills through self-learning and training opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
