What you'll be doing...
You'll support mission and business critical applications within VCG. You'll be responsible for developing highly efficient and reliable applications.
• Working with development teams and product managers to build software solutions.
• Developing and enhancing Visible Salesforce Orchestrations.
• Developing and implementing best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.
• Understanding and analyzing the Business requirements, design a business solution and work with different functional teams to deliver the solution.
• Using professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and practical ways.
• Suggesting and implementing new proposals and technology to enhance business productivity including automation, process enhancements, business enhancements, and policy changes.
• Performing code analysis, static code tools usage, and any additional tools to produce good quality code.
• Implementing non-functional requirements - performance, scalability, reliability, extensibility, etc.
• Guiding others to assess system usage trends and identify potential performance and intersystem flaws.
• Evaluating solutions alignment and end user experience.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
• Bachelor's degree and four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Three or more of experience in administering and creating the business portal as well as sustained Salesforce, Page Layouts, Recording Types, custom objects, custom fields, picklists, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
• Knowledge of Vlocity components.
• Experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing).
• Two or more years of experience working with Vlocity Components built on Salesforce.
• Certification on salesforce certified platform developer.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Experience in Agile methodologies and SSDLC implementation.
• Experience in Java/Fullstack development
• Experience in working on Large Scale Enterprise applications.
