What you’ll do:
• Experience in developing custom Lightning components in LWC. LWC is highly preferred. If not then working exposure to Aura components is acceptable.
• Apex, API’s, Triggers
• Asynchronous processes, Scheduled and Batch Apex
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST) as well as communication across salesforce orgs
• Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rule, approval process etc
• Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and SOSL
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ability to develop dynamic UI pages using web layouts, design system components etc
• Data loader
• Knowledge of admin concepts like Permissions sets, custom meta data, custom settings etc
• Service Cloud implementation
• Knowledge of version control system like Git
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; technical curiosity and hands on in coding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with distributed global team will be added advantage.
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels
• Should have worked in Agile setup. Exposure to SAFe framework is desirable.
Responsibilities:
• SFDC System Developer: 8 to 10 years IT industry total experience, specifically in Salesforce.com development (coding) and implementation.
• Candidate should have Mandatory (min 3 years) strong customization and configuration experience in the following areas:

What you need to bring:
• Working experience in community cloud is a plus
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery and Integration CD/CI, test automation frameworks would be an added advantage. Working knowledge of SFDX from a CI/CD perspective
Eligibility:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
