• Demonstrate a commitment to software best practices, ensuring they are implemented in daily work.
• Work as an individual contributor, capable of executing project requirements with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with Mendix/Mentor platforms/software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage, contributing to efficient project management and collaboration
