What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
1. Developer will be responsible for the development of his game.
2. Developer will create a design and approach document and discuss with Lead. It will rule out any chance to identify wrong approach taken by developer during code review.
3. Tech Lead should have minimum hand holding from lead and able to do their task, without help of lead.
4. Developer should provide the effort to the lead. . It should be correct and optimized.
5. Make sure delivery dates shared should be met. You should share external/internal dependences with ETA to PMO. So that PMO should get those dependencies resolved within the ETA; also share risk if that's not done.
6. Make sure to do self-code review and self-functional/behavior review (using developers Peer review checklist) before Tech lead do the Peer review.
7. Kick off / Game Development Document creation and updating (Live doc).
8. Client reviews - identify scope creep, CR, Issues. Maintain all reviews at a shared location with visibility to PM.
+. Coach and Mentor ass. developers
10. Keep on top of current and emerging technologies. Anticipate technological advances, understand the issues brought about by new industry trends and implement solutions that leverage or support these changes and possibilities.
11. Should be Trouble-shooter and with Problem solving attitude
Desired Profile
1. Front End developer with experience of minimum 3+ year of Developer and good to have 1+ Year of Game Industry experience.
2. Experience on multiple frontend Technologies like HTML5, Typescript, JavaScript.
3. Should be Trouble-shooter and with Problem solving attitude,
4. Good Oral and Written Communication Skill in English
5. Good Knowledge of Object Oriented design patterns
6. Ability to review code and game
7. Experience with Canvas.
Looking for immediate joiners - 20 days max
