Main Responsibilities & Tasks: Gather, analyze and define requirements for new complex software functionality with input from product managers, customer feedback, and internal product Development teamsEngineer and develop sustainable software systems through the use of prototyping, clear software design, and participating in design reviewsWrite clear, easy to maintain, high quality code that is optimized for performance and memory usageImplement automated testing at the unit and nightly regression framework levelsValidate correct software and hardware system operationProvide assistance to technical support team and product Development teams as neededDevelop and maintain software in .NET and SIMATIC WinCC OA for a modular automation platform.Debug and troubleshoot issues in .NET and WinCC OA application to ensure robust and reliable operation.Understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Qualification & Skills: Academic degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a comparable scientific fieldMinimum 1-5 years of hands-on experience in concepts, design and development of control/ GUI softwareExcellent development skills with proven high-level proficiency in C#, C/C++, XMLStrong, demonstrable, object-oriented and software development skills and ability to work constructively in a team
environmentGood experience with modern software engineering processes and methodologies; experience in the various stages of the
software engineering lifecycleExperience in source code management tool such as Git,Having familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tool such as Polarion will be an advantageGood written and oral communication skillsMust have strong personal initiative and be results oriented
