Job Title: Software Developer/Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility for software development, including requirement gathering, elicitation, design, development, and unit testing of software components.
• Support the Project Manager-Development on differentiated tasks by translating software design into code in accordance with quality requirements.
• Analyze software requirements and software functional specifications, taking complete ownership of understanding requirements and creating FRS/FSP/Requirements documents.
• Own the architecture/design of given software modules/projects, writing code and testing it to ensure quality.
• Unit test implemented solutions, conduct code reviews, investigate and fix software defects found by the test/review team.
Technical Requirements:
• 1-8 years' work experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or similar role.
• Good knowledge of React JS, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar tools.
• Experience with web-based project development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• TFS knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot existing applications.

• Good communication skills to interact with different partners.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and increase productivity.
