Job Description
What you'll do:
Hands-on coding – exposure to cutting-edge backend tech.
Contribute to the design and architecture of components for the products.
Craft APIs, RPCs, and streamlining topologies that are simple, and efficient
Ensure excellence in engineering
Mentor engineers in the team
Skills/Qualities Required:
What makes you great fit:
5+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (preferably GoLang, but open to Java, Node.js, Python, etc.).
Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and building scalable, microservices-based architectures.
Proficiency with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native architectures.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) for automating deployments.
Solid understanding of OOPs concepts and Design Patterns (e.g., Factory, Singleton, Observer, etc.).
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL).
Proven experience with debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
