What we're looking for?
We're seeking a versatile JavaScript developer with expertise in Node.js to create high-performance, scalable, and well-documented backend applications. You'll play a key role in ensuring system components and the overall application are robust, maintainable, and seamlessly integrate with other infrastructure layers. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering high-quality products is essential.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing end to end applications, Restful backend with NodeJS.
• Building reusable components and back-end libraries for future use.
• Optimizing system components for maximum performance and scalability.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Experience: 1.+-3.6 years of IT experience in core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a premier institution like IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, COEP (Pune), VJTI, IIT-BHU, or ISM.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in one or more Node.js frameworks/libraries (e.g., Express, Total.js, Adonis.js).
• Understanding and experience in using data storage technologies like relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• In-depth understanding of Node.js and its core modules (File System, VM, REPL, Debugger, Crypto).
• Exposure to ES6/ES7 and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
• Familiarity with common development tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM, Gulp, Grunt).
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Expert understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Working knowledge of Semantic Versioning.
• (Good to have) Knowledge of TypeScript.
