Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA in the relevant field of study
Brief: We are looking for a proactive Adjunct Faculty to join us.The adjunct faculty responsibilities include assisting, moderating, mentoring, supporting, and guiding the students of Veranda Acacia career track programs, in the emerging technologies, delivered at our franchisee center through a blended learning methodology, as also understanding students’ needs, motivating them, and ensuring a disciplined learning environment in the lab. . To be successful as an adjunct professor, you should review/prepare/assess assessments that enrich and challenge students. Outstanding adjunct faculty are able to teach and foster relationships with students from different cultural and economic backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
⦁Assisting, moderating, mentoring, supporting, and guiding the students
⦁Creating a classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating and learning
⦁Preparing students for assessments and providing helpful performance feedback
⦁ Providing extra support to students who require it and scheduling consultation times where questions and concerns can be voiced
⦁Answering students’ questions and providing feedback on assignments or quizzes
Skills:
⦁Fluent in written and verbal English, as also in the local language, with an ability to express thoughts succinctly
⦁Graduate/Master’s/Diploma in the relevant academic field
⦁Patience, understanding, and empathy
⦁Good analytical and organizational skills
⦁Fairly good appreciation and understanding of one or more of the following emerging technologies:
