Software Development Director

ob Title: UI Lead

This is a senior leadership position for an experienced software development professional. The successful candidate will lead the complete software development process from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications using ReactJS, Redux, NodeJS, CSS, and HTML. They should be familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and have at least 2 years of lead experience.

The UI Lead will oversee and guide the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software. They will also ensure the automated testing and provide feedback to management during the development process.

• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment

• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and application

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in developing enterprise level applications, using ReactJS, Redux, NodeJS, CSS, HTML

• Experience working with teams running Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

• Must have Lead experience of 2 years minimum for Lead Role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
