It’s not everyone’s cup of tea. https://www.slideshare.net/JaydeepBarman/culture-rebel Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable Java applications. • Utilize Spring Boot to build robust and efficient backend services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications. • Ensure the applications' security and performance. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring new ideas to the table. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 2-4 years of professional experience in Java development. • Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 and above). • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and its ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.). • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture. • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate). • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
