Software Development Engineer 3
Common accountabilities:
Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
Specific accountabilities:
Analyse specifications
_ Define user requirements for the development of new (or upgrade of existing) software solutions.
Design systems and code
_ Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies.
_ Propose viable technical solutions to Product Management and/or users for validation.
_ Develop software according to Amadeus standards.
_ Model, design and implement databases.
Predominantly should be proven and hands on experience on Python/JavaScripting.
Moust have worked on designing and building applications on social media platforms and experience on working with "Meta for Developers" suite.
RESTful API for network calls
Retrofit
Live data, observer
Activity and fragment
Version control management
Produce fully functional applications by writing clean code.
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
Fixing bugs and performance problems
Writing clean, readable, and testable code
Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.
Proven work experience as an iOS/Android/Web Software developer
Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store
In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language , best to have skills matching with meta for developers.
Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc for social media platform
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
Experience with profiling and debugging mobile/web applications on social media platforms.
Experience with third-party libraries and API
Proven working knowledge and experience on Meta for developers guide.
Technical Appcelerator SDK, Android Studio SDK, iOS SDK Skills / Attributes SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system Programming skills in Java LAMP development experience PHP frameworks Other Proven commercial software development experience desktop and mobile Published examples of mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Android Play Store.
Test and maintain the software
_ Conduct unit, package and performance tests and ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines.
_ Participate in the validation phase of the product cycle, fine-tuning when necessary to finalize the product.
_ Support the customer by debugging existing solutions in collaboration with Product Manager or Product Definition Analyst
Document your work
_ Produce software documentation necessary for the application and issue it to the requesting departments.
