Software Development Engineer II - Advertising
About the Role:
As a Software Development Engineer II, you will be part of a high-performing team building a data streaming system for Amazon's Advertising customers.
This system enables customers to subscribe and receive key data needed to manage their advertising campaigns optimally, resulting in increased return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities:
Design new, scalable, secure, and reliable features that drive real-time data solutions
Define requirements, create software designs, implement code to specifications
Provide thorough unit and integration testing, and support products while deployed
Propose innovative tools, frameworks, automations, and processes for development
Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and partner teams
Requirements:
3+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years of design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
