About the Role:
RxCloud is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a Software Development Engineer at RxCloud, you will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of product development, from designing efficient and testable code to implementing scalable and robust services. You will work closely with our team of developers to develop new capabilities and re-architect existing systems, and contribute to test-driven, iterative development and code reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement clean and efficient code for middle and back-end development.
Develop scalable and robust services, including external and internal APIs.
Develop unit and performance tests to ensure scalability and reliability.
Review and debug code, and develop documentation to explain solutions.
Determine and design system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Between 5-7 years of experience in software engineering.
Experience developing server-side web applications in Java.
Experience developing Java Web Services with public API (e.g. REST, SOAP).
Experience with relational (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
Proficient in object-oriented development.
Able to effectively and quickly adopt new technology.
Knowledge of Java frameworks, architecture, and design patterns.
Good communication skills.
