Roles and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the overall architecture design and specification of next generation web interfaces of our CRM platform.
• Focus on scalability and building robust scalable systems using the cutting edge front end technologies.
• Taking ownership and initiatives in building innovative products providing seamless experience to the end user.
• Mentor Junior team members.
Required Skills:
• Innovative and self-motivated with passion to develop complex and scalable web applications.
• 3+ years of experience in developing complex and responsive user interfaces.
• Strong coding and design skills with prior experience in developing scalable & high availability web applications using HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, MongoDB, etc.
• Prior work experience with Non-Relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDb) is an added plus.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
• Strong Coding skills with Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and MVC design patterns/frameworks are a must.
• Expertise in Twitter Bootstrap, Naming Conventions, Coding Standards, Webpack, SASS and LESS.
• Knowledge in LAMP stack and Linux based deployments of web applications is a plus.
• BTech/MTech/MS in CS from top institutions like IIT, NIT or equivalent engineering colleges.
• Energetic, driven, self-starter with high levels of initiative.
• Thrive in a start-up, fast paced, competitive environment.
• Active participation in company and department activities like, Cross team projects, Knowledge Collaboration (Tech Talks etc. )
