Position Overview
MindTickle is looking for a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our Technical Solutions team. As a part of the Customer Success Group, the Technical Solutions team is responsible for - Eliciting requirements, Proposing solutions and timelines, Designing, developing, and implementing solutions that address our client’s needs, Project Managing and communicating progress updates to all stakeholders - internal and external.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, solid problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-quality solutions.
This team is responsible for writing custom applications and plugins to help customers integrate with our platform. This includes but is not limited to, creating custom reports and dashboards, implementing integrations, customizing different parts of the product UI, developing, deploying, and maintaining custom scripts by understanding different customer requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Understand the business needs of customers along with the technical requirements.
Maintain custom integrations, solutions, and reporting needs throughout the customer’s life cycle.
Analyze large customer datasets and build relevant data visualization dashboards as per customer requirements.
Deploy user management integration with MindTickle, liaising with the customers’ tech teams.
Implement and maintain integration workflows on ETL tools.
Develop robust QA and maintenance processes during the development of the solutions, including production alerts and notifications.
Maintain well-structured documents for the custom work or projects undertaken.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience with enterprise software implementation or development including responsibilities of communication with customer/internal customer-facing teams.
Must be proficient in SQL, Python, Pandas and Shell Scripting.
Sound expertise of UNIX/Linux commands system calls and debugging logs.
Hands-on experience or comfortable in PHP, Nodejs, Postgres, AWS, and Shell Script.
Strong understanding of web technologies - HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
Sufficient understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, JWT, and SFTP concepts.
Good communication, interpersonal, and task management skills.
Ability to work independently without much supervision and plan tasks as per priority.
Proficient in one or more BI tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Experience in data analytics and any reporting tools like JasperSoft, and Tableau is good to have.
Graduate or postgraduate degree; engineering or relevant technical disciplines are preferred.
Ability to independently meet with the Enterprise customers, gather requirements, present the solution(s) and provide updates
