Your Opportunity
• Build a high quality culture by planning & directing quality assurance initiatives
• Own and drive high quality SaaS product releases
• Architect & Design Automation frameworks for large scale real time server side systems
• Own the Non-functional testing such as Performance, Scale, Longevity, Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery aspects of a 24x7 system
• Hire, mentor and develop engineers & managers in the team
• Work on different aspects of the product. UI, backend, big data lake, ML systems
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and use it for our automation
• Ensuring that all deliverables adhere to world class quality standards
Required Experience
• 12+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of management experience
• Set high standards for Quality products and driver of best practices
• Internalizes and practices agile best practices from development to deployment
• Good understanding of Testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Junit, TestNg
• Excellent grasp of testing Microservices
• Excellent grasp of 1+ languages (preferably Java) and still hands-on when needed
• Solid grasp of large scale distributed real time systems and testing them
• Prior experience with Performance, Scale Testing and publishing benchmarks
• Experience working on one of AWS, Azure or GCP
• Understanding of Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop is a plus
• Experience with Secure best practices and SOC2 certifications is a plus
• Good knowledge of Linux environment
